Nature of the service
murenatour.com is a showcase site aimed exclusively at travel agencies and trade operators: we don't sell packages or travel services directly to the public. The itineraries, content and prices published are illustrative and may change without notice; they only become binding with a written confirmation or a specific agreement with the requesting agency.
Permitted use of the site
You may browse the site and use the contact form to request a partnership or information. You may not use the site in a way that damages, overloads or compromises its operation, or systematically extract its content (scraping) without our written permission.
Intellectual property
Text, images, the Murena brand, logos and the site's layout belong to Murena S.r.l.s. or its licensors and are protected under copyright and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or reused without written permission, except for material expressly provided to partner agencies for resale.
Requests submitted through the form
Submitting the "Become a partner" form is a request to be contacted, not a booking or a contract. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but we don't guarantee a response time or that a request will be accepted.
Limitation of liability
We take care to keep the site's content accurate, but we don't guarantee it's always complete, up to date or error-free. The site may link to third-party websites whose content we don't control and aren't responsible for. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from use of the site or the inability to use it.
Travel contracts and guarantees
The terms of sale for packages and travel services, including the insurance cover and guarantee fund required under the Codice del Turismo to protect travelers in the event of insolvency, are governed by the agreement signed with the partner agency, not by these terms. Murena maintains the liability insurance policy and guarantee fund membership listed in the site's footer.

We may update these terms at any time to reflect changes to the service or to applicable law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction provided for by applicable law.
