We started on the coast and islands of Campania, because that is the ground we actually know. What we built there is still the standard: a family winery in Furore. The gardens of Villa Cimbrone outside public opening hours. A boat out to coves you can only reach from the water.
Everywhere else, the method is the one Campania taught us: deal directly with the people who hold the access, and build the day around the hours that work. Fushimi Inari before the first train from Osaka. The Serengeti timed to where the herds are that month. We do not sell to travelers: agencies are our only customer, and your client stays yours.
